Aniston Wednesday

Now alot of y'all that have known me for the past several years are obviously aware that from time to time, I "brag" or bring up notable figures or celebrities that I've met and took photos of on that said day. Many could care less about several of them that I've encountered but witnessing Jennifer Aniston getting her star on the Hollywood Walk Of Fame this past Wednesday was worth telling your friends (no pun intended) about.

This is personal to me cause I almost had a chance to get a photo of Jennifer 4 years ago, which turned out to be an epic publicity stunt. I was at Joan's on Third in late 2008 with some other paparazzi photographers waiting for some famous figure to show up since that eatery gets some well-known names here and there. Then this one paparazzi shows up on his bicycle and tell us, as if he were speed, that a big major A-Lister was gonna show up at The Ivy restaurant on Robertson Blvd in a few minutes. He then rides off and us photographers started sprinting towards the Ivy since it was less than two miles from Joan's on Third.

When I finally ran there 15 minutes later, there was a WILD GANG OF PAPARAZZI, SOME PRESS PHOTOGRAPHERS, AND A SHIT LOAD OF TOURISTS that were crowding the entrance of The Ivy. Some photographers leaked out that Jennifer Aniston was gonna show up with made some sense of the enlarged crowd. At that time, her and Angelina Jolie were the top two targets for the paparazzi to capture a photograph of since they both fucked the same guy, and I hope to God that his movie Moneyball wins Best Picture, despite that I haven't seen it yet, at the fixed-ass Academy Awards this Sunday. About one photo of those two women doing something can sell for at least 2 grand or 100 times more if one of them were caught drunk late at night on the Sunset Strip. But anyways, we were all waiting there for an hour and a half at least to wait to see if she was gonna exit out of The Ivy until one of the security guards there next to the Valet booth said that she just went out the back and left. That caught everyone by surprise and many of us got very frustrated. Hell, there were some 7 or 8 photographers that went to the back of The Ivy to see if she was still there after he said that, only to see no Jennifer Aniston in sight. This one OG paparazzi told me that out of the many times and years that he's captured celebrities at The Ivy, NONE OF THEM has ever left through the back but always through the front just to maintain their image status. For Jennifer thought, he then said that she caused a hell of a publicity stunt until I saw some crappy photos and this 30 second footage from another paparazzi who was their when she got there earlier...from the front.

To this day, Aniston is a major star, aside from the tabloids and bullshit. She's one of the few actress to have successful movie and television careers with got her a number of awards. Not only that, she was also started her life in the Valley, Sherman Oaks to be specific. The Walk Of Fame ceremony that was for her was pretty much a public marketing spectacle for plugging her new film Wanderlust. The ceremony would've made more sense if at least two of her ex co-stars from Friends showed up for support, but instead we got Justin Theroux from her new film, Adam Sandler who I've seen before two years ago at the Staples Center, and Malin Akerman, who was the most important reason why I wanted to show up. I have a poster of her that came with a Maxim magazine that featured her on the cover which I copped around the time Watchmen came out in early 2009. I brought it to see if she can autograph it, AND SHE DID! One of the chillest actresses that I've met so far. As for the ceremony itself, it went by quick like the many Walk Of Fame ceremonies that I've gone to in the past 6 years and the first one I was at had Jerry Buss getting his star when Johnny Grant was still alive. Not to be a jerk, but Jennifer Aniston is freakin' short with out the high heels. I thought that she was around my height, which is 5'11", but whatever, she and Malin Akerman are totally attractive and looking so very fine. I was even surprised that Jennifer took the time to sign autographs and pose pictures for the fans after the ceremony, instead of walking off like most top A-listers do. I shot them in film with my Nikon N70 so I'll scan them and upload them on my Facebook profile and my Flickr page once they get developed and printed.

But I give my respect to her since she gave up her past relationship and with the tensions and the true Rumors It Had of Angelina giving birth to three kids from her ex. Most people, especially emotional dudes, would go hiding and never to be seen from a Break Up by a Girl that looks Good, yet that Switch only made her a better actress (watch her in Horrible Bosses). She Just Has To Go Along Into That focus she's been having, right now that she has her name were people can walk on, so that years later she can reach The Object Space of recognition as an actress, something similar that a Rock Star might have once he's enshrined in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame at Cleveland, Ohio. By the way, I'll be turning 24 in 10 days, and there are these new Zoom Kobe VII's that will drop on that day, so if you can.... wait nevermind, that's asking too much. I still have cash from the shameless White/Cement IVs release from last week. Anyway's thanks for taking your time reading this, and have a safe drunk weekend.

TWO YEARS ON TWITTER

Exactly, two years ago, I opened a Twitter account.

I created it because earlier that day, my original Facebook account was suspended and that was my main outlet aside from the dilapidating Myspace to express my thoughts. Plus my iWeb page was already expired that time. So I had no choice but to join Twitter. See back then, Twitter wasnt as hyped and crazy as it is now. No businesses had it, only a limited amount of celebrities had one, and it was hardly ever mentioned on the news until that day.

Then Elect-President Barack Obama got sworn in as President of the United States and CNN mentioned on how you can follow his updates on Twitter during the telecast of his swearing in, which I thought it was either him or someone from the Secret Service writing his Twitter profile. I started to like it and went wild on Twitter for a few months despite that no one I knew joined the site or even signed up for it. I met some people over through that site, including this one kid who literally worships Kim Kardashian. I managed to meet him in person and I took him to see his favorite celebrity. After that, the site turned into a you heard it first source where breaking news and deaths, both real and fake, are being mention and raved about on that site.

I had thoughts of deleting the account a few months after I re-joined Facebook, but I decided to keep it to say some observations or some shit thats on my mind in under 140 characters. Its pretty useful if you have a Blackberry or a iPhone or any smartphone device so that you can keep viewers informed wherever you are.

By the way, there hasnt been any decent news or current events today other than those mental cases who went postal at different High Schools blowing off other students and law enforcement civilians. The only news from today thats worth useful to a fifth grader for his or her Current Event assignment is Jesse James being engaged to Hollywood Tattoo artist Kat Von D. Yeah, I didnt want to bring that up, but why would people be interested to being informed about a guy who cheated on the ever talented Sandra Bullock over a Tattoo artist? Whatever, Hollywood is know for its weirdness, and I live 15 miles from there in the San Fernando Valley.

Mad Mel: Beyond Belief

This is somewhat of a disclaimer.

I don't think most of you follow celebrity gossip or tabloid journalism or have never met an A-lister before cause either A) You don't have the time and the interest to read what been going on with a popular actor or musician, and B) You don't know them personally, even when they get married or pass away. The reason I say that is cause I live in Los Angeles the entire time, well mostly the San Fernando Valley for 22 years of my life. This city is known for where the films and the music videos are made at, which 60% of it were made in the valley. There are many people out there in small unheard towns in this country, if not, different countries of the world, who are dying or willing to give up their lives just to see their favorite stars in person and from living here, I've had the experience of meeting a portion of them in person, which is really nothing to a Los Angeles citizen.

This is one of the reasons why I always find myself writing about a celebrity or posting a photo on here (which majority of the time is a photo I never shot unless it says JUSTFORSNEAKS ENT. on it) about them. I usually write the events that happened towards myself, but since this month is very slow, I decided to keep this site alive by writing about some interesting current events from my perspective. In fact, this month is so slow that I only took three photos this month. Yes, THREE freakin' photos. Two at Topanga mall on July 1st with a friend of mine, and one of this squirrel on top of a trash bin at Pierce College last week. I usually would've gotten 150 at least by now for this month, but this is pretty much a break from all the crazy events I had to do last month.

Again, to keep this short, I know majority of you don't follow up with celebrity news cause its very obvious that the stars always wind up in some sort of trouble that land thems in court, which TMZ has emphasized this brand of journalism from the past five years. Its coincidental cause one of their first news stories was the Mel Gibson DUI incident from 2006, where he said some inappropriate antisemetic stuff towards the Jewish community to the officer that stopped him after being under arrest.

Fast forward to the present, Mel Gibson is now in trouble again cause he was accused of physically abusing his Russian-American model girlfriend. She recorded both their telephone conversations which the press got a hold of. I wasn't interested in this story at first but after I heard the audio file of the recorded conversation from a link that some random person posted up on Twitter, I couldn't tell if he was rehearsing a screenplay for his next film role or if shit was legit. From the tone of his voice, the dude was going off and I mean he was lashing out to his girlfriend on the phone. He said some to her stuff that would make a guy cry, except me cause I heard some terrible shit people said to me in the past and I'm used to it already.

Bottom Line, Mel Gibson is a celebrity. Celebrities fuck up alot in real life. Therefore, Mel Gibson done fucked up and there were signs that proved it. After hearing the audiotape and the headline of this mess, now we all know what women don't want. A man whose brave enough and has the heart to unleash lethal words and use their parts of the body as weapons. In the end, payback will be a bitch for him.
