Another Kim Kardashian post

I've been out for a long damn time.

Right now, I feel like I've been sunk to the ground attached by an anchor which is attached to a larger anchor. The month of May has to be one of the busiest, craziest months of the way, with December in second place. SO MUCH shit goes down in these 31 days. Final Exams (which I'm not taking, thank God), graduations ( which I was supposed to participate in this month, had I gone to a four-year University), Mothers Day (mine wasn't really good), high school proms (never been to one), the NBA playoffs (which is fixed), and semi-annual radio station concerts (the Wango Tango pre-show was the shit) among others. I have been hearing and seeing those terms every day so far. To me, I think May is the new June, cause usually this shit usually happens around June from what I remember. I wanted to write this post last week, but my motivation and desire to type on here has been changing like a SLR camera reading the exposures in Program Mode (you have no idea how much I love photography). Plus speaking of photography, I've been taking alot, and I mean, A LOT of fucking photos these past two weeks, shooting with like 4 different cameras. The editing was no joke. I had to crop frames, change the exposures, retouch faces and did tons and tons of uploading on Facebook, Flickr, and Twitter. I have to put these on a DVD as soon as possible, hell as a matter a fact, I need to put them in a fucking BLU-RAY Disc. Cause Blu-Rays hold 6 and a half times the storage space as DVD-R discs does. Already this month, I have shot abot 3 gigs of photos. I can't even give an exact number, but my estimate is about 900 or close to a thousand. The last time I shot that many was back in December of last year. Like I said May and December are like the craziest months of the year.

Now I originally wanted to recap all the events that I went to on this one post, but its gonna be a very long read and it might make people think that I'm writing a screenplay assignment for the Los Angeles Film School on Sunset and Vine or the New York Film Academy at Universal City Plaza. So I'm gonna try to summarize some of thing that I did since the last time I was on here.

By the way, as I'm about to type this next paragraph, it's 7:00 PST right now and my pops and his wife are in the living room raising their voices while watching syndicated television or whatever they're watching on Television. So it might take me awhile to concentrate as I type, regardless on any room I go to around my house.

This past month I met Kim Kardashian again for the eight time and her sisters at an in-store appearance at Kitson on Robertson Blvd. My friend Ryan and I were originally gonna go to another appearance they did the week before at a CVS pharmacy in Sherman Oaks on Riverside and Fulton next to Notre Dame High School. Unfortunately, he wasn't able to drive up to the Valley since he had to work, so we decided not to go. I actually wanted to go there just to hit on the fans in line. Later that night I saw the photos that were taken from the event. Kim and her sister Khloe Kardashian-Odom were there promoting their Quick Trim product that they endorse, and my God, the jeans that Kim wore at the event had me in amazement, sort of. The jeans were over her waist just like the way women wore them back in the late 70's and early to mid 1980's, which made her ass viewable on point. I wish I went there and took a shot of that, but only this time, the dress she wore at the event at Kitson was 10 times better than what she wore at the Quicktrim event. She had on this nude-color miniskirt that's... Holy greatness. I even got a decent, if not, a spectacular, magazine cover, Fifth Avenue Sean John billboard, Sunset Boulevard Marlboro Man (if you lived in LA your whole entire life, you know what I'm talking about) type shot using Ryan's Nikon D3000, which is a very good camera that I raped with photos on that day. I had less then two seconds to take the photo cause she and her sisters were exiting the store as they were heading to their escort Range Rover that was parked in front of the store. I was swarmed with Kim fans and the same group of paparazzi that I haven't seen since 2008, when I used to swing around Robertson every day that year. This has to be one of the BEST shots I've ever, and I do mean EVER, got of Kimberly Kardashian.

However, that picture didn't get the enough recognition it deserved. Not too many people gave me feedback and compliments on it, as apposed to my other photos of Kim that I took for the past two years. Is it because I met her too many times to the fact that people started to realize that its a profession I'm living off as apposed to seeing her as a once in a lifetime opportunity? Or is it because of the beginning which got to the Apex of her celebrity status?

Lets review shall we.

Kim first got into the fame back as Paris Hilton best friend, appearing in every tabloid website with her back in late 2005 and 2006. People didn't even know that much about her, but they only know her as the daughter of the late Robert Kardashian, the lawyer who defended his friend O.J. Simpson in the trail that still has people talking for the past 16 years. Some think and a lot has assumed that she's very spoiled and rich as fuck, not only because she's close with Paris, who at that time was the center of attention by marketing herself as a brand name, which successfully worked, but because her father was a big name lawyer/music producer (for a short time) where as her friend Paris has family who roots go back to the origins of her great-grandfather's Hilton hotel chain. That was makes a socialite.

Later in 2007, a sex tape was "leaked" that contained her and her ex Ray-J Norwood, Brandy's brother, on the internet. That got her really upset and she tried to sue Vivid Entertainment, who managed to get and distribute the video on the internet. However, instead of winning the lawsuit and go hiding off in a closet to not show her face in public to avoid civilians and optimistic sixth-graders, she decided to make a un-disclosed deal with Vivid to further distribute the video publicly with her earning the majority of the revenue that each sale produce. That lead her to open doors by first appearing in her debut covershot for Complex Magazine in March of 2007, which I own and got autographed, and other magazines that got the attention of Ryan Seacrest and that lead her and her family to the reality show that she's now famous for. However, that launch to stardom destroyed her relationship with Paris because she thinks that Kim is stealing the same method that got her famous back in 2003, the One Night in Paris tape which was overrated. Also, she is know for being famous for...doing nothing. Its been claimed by many other people that she has no background in acting, singing, modeling, or playing any amateur sports, which is true. I can agree on the part that regular people will do anything to get some if not, all the attention to be recognized and talked about, especially the Kardashians.

Since the TV show started, Kim has been establishing herself as a brand, by making countless in-store appearances, talk show appearances, cameos on TV shows and Movies (such as Disaster Movie), her publicized relationship with Reggie Bush of the Saints, and having a dramatic shift of her fan base from horny ass males of all ages, to alot of makeup obsessed young girls and women of all ages since makeup is one of her specialties. That shift made almost everyone forget about the "tape", hell even Kim admitted about it and was very open with discussing about it and how people keep bringing up the size of her ass, which don't mind cause its fucking nice.

Bottom line, celebrities, and just about anybody who's close with a celebrity will do anything to get attention, no matter how far it will last. They're just regular people doing their profession and the media will go through all lengths to make that person get noticed more. I know and say this cause I met several of them. As a matter a fact, I'm averaging at least seeing 3-5 stars every month this past year. The only people who view them as gods are those who live outside of big market cities like New York and Miami, and other countries of this planet. To me, I like Kim because of the way she looks. That's pretty much it. I'm not all that concerned about her TV show and the meet and greets, cause like the saying goes... eight is enough.

By the way, I wanna give a very big shoutout to Kate Casey from the website Top Stalker. I can't think of anything to say to her and her husband since they gave me a chance to help contribute to their new celebrity website, topstalker.com. They have been so grateful to me recently, and I'll do whatever I can to help maintain the website with my expertise and photos. Thanks again.
